Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the daily schedule and calendar of the senior manager.
Arrange and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
Prepare reports, documents, and presentations when required.
Organize and maintain office files and confidential records.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and staff members.
Manage travel arrangements including tickets and hotel bookings.
Assist in daily administrative tasks and office management.
