Executive Assistant/Secretary•

Exp: 2 to 5 years

Working time: Mon to Sat: 9 AM to 6 PM

Job Description:

• Personal Assistance and accompanying Senior Counsel in client meeting, team and official work

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of work and initiatives

• General Office Admin

• Client follow-up and Updating clients about the case status

• Other office miscellaneous work

Desired Profile:

• Must have Proficient in EA, personal assistance, scheduling, planning, travel operations, travel arrangements, calendar management, and secretarial activities.

• Should have strong English verbal and written communication skills, should be willing to work independent as well as in a team.

• Knowledge of Windows, Ms Office, Internet & Email - Must Highly organized with ability to prioritize and multitask Flexibility and willingness to work on a wide variety of matters
