Key Responsibilities
Manage the Director's calendar, meetings, appointments, and reminders.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Handle phone calls, emails, WhatsApp communication, and follow-ups.
Assist in purchase coordination and vendor management.
Arrange travel bookings, hotel reservations, and business tours.
Prepare reports, maintain documents, and update records in MS Excel.
Support daily office administration and business operations.
Ensure timely follow-up on pending tasks and deadlines.
Maintain confidentiality of company information.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
Smart, confident, and professional personality.
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Positive attitude with problem-solving ability.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Willingness to travel across India whenever required.
