Key Responsibilities
Welcome patients and provide a professional, friendly reception experience.
Manage appointments, patient registrations and follow-up schedules.
Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries and appointment bookings.
Explain consultation fees, treatment estimates and payment procedures to patients.
Coordinate with dentists and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
Maintain patient records, billing details and daily payment entries.
Follow up with patients regarding appointments, pending treatments and scheduled reviews.
Assist in managing patient enquiries and converting enquiries into confirmed appointments.
Maintain front desk records and ensure the reception area remains organized.
Handle patient concerns politely and escalate clinical queries to the dentist when necessary.
