Dental Assistant/Receptionist

We are looking for a DENTAL ASSISTANT/RECEPTIONIST to join our team MOOD O SMILES to perform a variety of tasks. As a part of this job, you will welcome guests and greet people who visit the Clinic premises. Besides this, you will also handle front-desk tasks like managing mail and forwarding phone calls.Also chairside assisting dentist duties. T

• Greet and assist visitors and ensure they are directed correctly.

• Answer, screen, and forward phone calls professionally.

• Update calendars, schedule meetings,appointments.

• Perform administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, and maintaining office records.

  . The role combines clinical support with patient coordination.

  ✨ Responsibilities:

  • Basic dental chairside assistance (instrument handling, patient preparation, sterilization)

  • Reception duties (scheduling, patient records, front desk management)

  ✨ Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic computer knowledge preferred

  • Freshers with dental chairside training welcome
