Job వివరణ

We’re looking for a dependable, well-presented individual to manage both chairside assistance and front-desk operations.

Chairside/Clinical:

• Assist the dentist during procedures (instrument prep, suction, material mixing)

• Sterilize and maintain instruments per infection control protocols

• Take and manage RVG X-rays as directed

• Maintain inventory of dental consumables and place restock orders

Front Desk/Administrative:

• Greet patients, manage appointment scheduling (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins)

• Maintain patient records and treatment files

• Handle billing, payment collection, and basic accounting entries

• Send appointment reminders and follow-up messages

• Manage clinic supplies and coordinate with vendors

Requirements

• 12th or PUC passed freshers with strong aptitude may apply

• Prior experience in a dental/medical clinic is a plus

• Good communication skills in Kannada, English, and Hindi

• Comfortable with basic computer use and WhatsApp Business

• Punctual, presentable, and patient-friendly demeanor
