• Greeting patients warmly and ensuring a comfortable clinic experience

• Managing appointments, patient scheduling, and follow-ups

• Handling phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and basic patient coordination

• Maintaining patient records and front desk documentation

• Assisting with billing, invoices, and basic administrative tasks

Dental Assistant Duties:

• Assisting the dentist during dental procedures

• Preparing the operatory before and after treatments

• Instrument handling, sterilization, and maintaining hygiene protocols

• Managing dental materials and clinic inventory

• Ensuring smooth workflow between patients and clinical staff

Requirements

• Willingness to learn and grow in a clinical environment

• Good communication skills and a pleasant personality

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team

• Punctual, disciplined, and responsible attitude

• Prior experience in dental/medical setup is a plus, but not mandatory
