WE’RE HIRING | FRONT DESK + DENTAL ASSISTANT
Dental Works, Sion, is looking for a smart, presentable, responsible and energetic team member for a mixed role involving Front Desk Management + Dental Assisting + Patient Coordination.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with patients as well as assisting the dentist chairside.
Key responsibilities:
Manage appointments, calls, WhatsApp & patient follow-ups
Greet and coordinate patients and maintain a warm patient experience
Billing, basic administrative work & patient records
Chairside assistance during dental procedures
Instrument preparation, sterilisation & operatory maintenance
Assist with Invisalign, cosmetic dentistry, restorative & implant procedures
Coordinate treatment plans and help ensure patients understand their next steps
Maintain smooth day-to-day clinic workflow
We’re looking for someone who is:

✔️ Organised and responsible
✔️ Quick to learn and proactive
✔️ Comfortable with both front desk and clinical work
✔️ Interested in growing with a modern, technology-driven dental practice
Experience in a dental/medical clinic is preferred.
