Counter Billing Executive

About the Role:

We are hiring a Billing Executive who will sit inside our Gantavyam Pod (at metro/public transport exits) and handle passenger bookings, billing, and payment confirmation for verified auto-rickshaw rides. This is a frontline operations role requiring speed, accuracy, and professional passenger handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Passenger Handling & Booking

  • Welcome passengers, understand their destination, and guide them through the booking process.

  • Enter destination and trip details accurately in the booking system.

  • Confirm booking and coordinate with the on-ground fleet team for driver assignment.

• Billing & Payment Collection

  • Generate accurate bills/receipts for each ride as per defined fare structure (meter-based/approved rates).

  • Collect payments via UPI/Cash and ensure correct payment confirmation.

  • Share booking confirmation and ride details as per process (SMS/print/WhatsApp if applicable).

• Daily Cash & Transaction Discipline

  • Maintain zero-error cash handling and reconcile shift-wise cash/UPI totals.

  • Ensure all payments are logged and matched with bookings (no open/duplicate entries).

• It is a Full Time రిసెప్షనిస్ట్ job for candidates with 0 - 3 years of experience.
