Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Computer Operator to support daily business operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable multitasking, handling online research, managing schedules, and communicating effectively with clients. This role requires strong organizational skills, good command of English, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform day-to-day computer operations and data management tasks
Conduct web research and gather relevant information as required
Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and calendars
Handle client communication via calls, emails, and messages
Maintain accurate records and ensure data is up to date
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow
Handle multiple tasks simultaneously with efficiency and accuracy
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, internet browsing, email handling)
Strong multitasking and time management abilities
Good command of spoken and written English
Confident in handling client calls and professional communication
Ability to work independently and take initiative
