Office Support: Prepare basic documents, organize files, and assist with general administrative projects as needed.
Language Skills: Decent proficiency in English (written and verbal) is essential.
Tech Savvy: Basic computer knowledge, including familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) or Google Workspace.
Phone Etiquette: Comfortable making cold or warm calls and managing a multi-line phone system.
Organization: Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
