Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative and office operationsCoordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and servicesMaintain records, files, and documentation (hard & soft copies)Handle correspondence, emails, and internal communicationsSupport HR and accounts teams with administrative requirementsMonitor office expenses and assist in budget controlEnsure compliance with company policies and proceduresCoordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and office logisticsHandle asset management and inventory controlRequired Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline1–2 years of experience in administration or office managementStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Good organizational and time-management skillsAbility to multitask and work independently
