Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain customer and vendor reports accurately

• Handle vendor coordination and tied-up partner management

• Manage and resolve customer queries within deadlines

• Handle reception and welcome walk-in (mainly existing) clients

• Ensure smooth client servicing and relationship management

• Oversee housekeeping management and centre maintenance

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operational activities

• Maintain professional environment and service standards
