Warden

We are looking for a Warden to join our team at Adarsh Girls for maintaining order and ensuring the safety of individuals in a particular facility or area. This may involve overseeing security personnel, managing access control, and responding to emergencies. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹8000 - ₹10000 plus Meal & Accomodation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety and security of the premises and its occupants

• Handle and resolve complaints or conflicts that arise within the premises

• Assisting with basic maintenance tasks.

• Conduct regular inspections of the premises to ensure they are in good condition

• Provide guidance and support to occupants, including responding to queries or concerns

• Ensuring all equipment is functioning properly.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 0 - 3 years of experience. The candidate must be above 35 years of age. The position requires strong time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
