Peon

We are looking for a Peon to join our team The Waxpol Industries Ltd. to assist with daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow. The key responsibility includes maintaining office cleanliness, handling documents, and supporting staff with basic tasks. The position offers an in-hand salary of In Hand Salary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and serving tea, coffee, and other refreshments to staff and guests, refilling water bottles, and keeping pantry areas clean.

• Opening and closing rooms, managing keys. Sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning workstations, meeting rooms to maintain hygiene and organization.

• Delivering documents and packages within the office.

• Assisting with basic maintenance tasks.

• Managing and restocking office supplies.

• Supporting staff with various tasks as needed.

• Ensuring all office equipment is functioning properly.

• Assisting in setting up meeting rooms.

• Handling minor repairs and maintenance tasks.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th and 2 Year experience. The position requires strong time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

• It is a Full Time ప్యూన్ job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
