We are looking for a Pantry & Office Assistant (Peon) who can manage daily pantry operations, maintain cleanliness, and assist with basic office and shipping tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments for staff and visitors.
Maintain pantry stock and ensure cleanliness and hygiene.
Handle office cleaning, table arrangements, and basic maintenance.
Assist with packing, labeling, and dispatching courier/shipping parcels.
Support office staff with document delivery, photocopying, and filing.
Receive deliveries and ensure materials are kept properly in place.
Perform other day-to-day support activities as needed.
Requirements:
Basic reading and writing skills.
Should be disciplined, punctual, and polite.
Experience in office assistance or pantry work preferred.
Must be responsible and trustworthy.
