Office Boy – Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas.
Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and guests as required.
Ensure the pantry is clean, organized, and adequately stocked.
Handle office documents, files, and other materials as instructed.
Deliver and collect documents, couriers, and other official items.
Assist with photocopying, printing, scanning, and basic office-related tasks.
Support staff with day-to-day administrative requirements.
Ensure meeting rooms are properly arranged before meetings.
Purchase or collect office supplies and other required items when instructed.
Maintain proper care of office equipment and report any issues to the concerned person.
Follow company policies, hygiene standards, and safety procedures.
Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
Key Skills & Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Polite, punctual, responsible, and well-mannered.
Basic knowledge of office procedures.
Ability to manage multiple routine tasks efficiently.
Previous experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
