Job Title: Pantry Boy

Department: Operation

Reports To: Admin/HR Manager

Job Summary:
The Pantry Boy will be responsible for maintaining the pantry area, preparing and serving beverages/refreshments, and supporting office staff with basic hospitality tasks while ensuring cleanliness and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to employees and visitors.

·         Ensure availability of drinking water and refill dispensers regularly.

·         Maintain cleanliness of the pantry, utensils, and equipment at all times.

·         Track pantry stock (tea, coffee, sugar, milk, snacks, water, etc.) and assist in procurement.

·         Assist during meetings/events with serving food and beverages.

·         Handle pantry appliances safely and report any maintenance needs.

·         Perform small office assistance tasks when required.

Qualification & Skills:

·         Minimum 10th pass (preferred).

·         Prior experience in pantry/office boy/housekeeping roles is desirable.

·         Basic knowledge of preparing tea/coffee and operating appliances.

·         Good personal hygiene, grooming, and polite behavior.

Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Compensation & Benefits: As per company standards (salary + overtime if applicable)
