Job Title: Pantry Boy / Pantry Assistant
Department: Facility Management / Housekeeping
Reporting To: Facility Manager / Supervisor
Location: As per site requirement

Job Summary:
Responsible for maintaining the pantry area, preparing and serving tea/coffee and refreshments, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene, and providing pantry-related support to employees, visitors, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and other beverages as required.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pantry and service areas.

• Clean and maintain pantry equipment, utensils, crockery, and cutlery.

• Ensure adequate availability of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, drinking water, and other pantry supplies.

• Check pantry stock and inform the supervisor about shortages.

• Serve refreshments to employees, visitors, and management when required.

• Collect and wash used cups, glasses, plates, and other utensils.

• Maintain proper hygiene and follow food safety and housekeeping standards.

• Assist in arranging refreshments during meetings, conferences, and events.

• Ensure proper storage of pantry materials and avoid unnecessary wastage.

• Dispose of waste properly and maintain cleanliness around the pantry area.

• Follow company/site safety procedures and instructions.

• Perform other pantry-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic understanding of cleanliness and hygiene.

• Polite, courteous, and service-oriented attitude.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good time management and discipline.

• Physically fit and comfortable with standing/walking during working hours.

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum 10th standard preferred.

• Previous experience in pantry, housekeeping, hospitality, or facility management will be an advantage.

• Freshers may also be considered based on the requirement.

• It is a Full Time ప్యూన్ job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
