Job Title: Peon / Office Peon

Job Summary

The Peon is responsible for providing basic office support services, ensuring cleanliness, assisting staff with routine tasks, and helping in the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.

Key Responsibilities

• Opening and closing office rooms as instructed

• Cleaning and maintaining office premises, furniture, and pantry

• Serving tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors

• Carrying files, documents, and office materials between departments

• Assisting in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents

• Delivering messages, letters, and parcels within or outside the office

• Supporting office staff with routine administrative tasks

• Ensuring availability of basic office supplies

• Following instructions given by supervisors or office administration

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum education: Able to read and write (preferred: 8th/10th pass)

• Basic understanding of office environment

• Physically fit to handle routine office work

• Honest, punctual, and disciplined

• Ability to follow instructions properly
