We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Office Executive to manage day-to-day courier operations at our office. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer bookings, maintaining accurate records in Excel, coordinating shipments, and supporting general office work. This role requires good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Handling & Booking:

Attend walk-in customers and understand their courier requirements (domestic & international).

Assist customers with booking shipments, including weight, destination, and service selection.

Provide accurate pricing and delivery timelines.

Ensure proper packaging guidance is given when required.
