Job Summary

The Office Boy is responsible for supporting daily office operations by handling clerical tasks, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting staff to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the office, pantry, and common areas

• Serve tea/coffee and refreshments to staff and visitors

• Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and document delivery

• Assist in office errands (bank, post office, vendors, etc.)

• Support staff with basic administrative tasks

• Ensure office supplies are stocked and organized

• Dispose of waste properly and follow hygiene standards

• Perform any other duties assigned by management

Requirements & Skills

• Minimum education: Basic schooling

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred

• Polite, honest, and well-mannered

• Physically fit and able to perform routine tasks

• Ability to follow instructions and manage time well

• Basic understanding of office etiquette
