Maintain cleanliness of office premises, pantry, and washrooms
Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors
Handle office files, photocopying, scanning, and document filing
Assist in dispatch and collection of documents and couriers
Support admin staff with day-to-day office tasks
Open and close office premises as per office timings
Ensure availability of pantry and office supplies
Assist during meetings and office events
Perform outdoor office work such as bank visits, bill payments, and purchases (if required)
Basic reading and writing skills
Polite behavior and good hygiene
Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time
Honest, reliable, and disciplined
Minimum 8th / 10th pass (preferred)
Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in a similar role preferred
Full-time role
