Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office (desks, rooms, pantry, etc.)
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors
Handle incoming and outgoing documents, files, and parcels
Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
Run office errands such as banking, post office, or purchasing supplies
Ensure office supplies (stationery, pantry items) are stocked
Help in setting up meeting rooms
Dispose of trash and maintain hygiene standards
Support staff with basic tasks as needed
