Job Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day office support and general office work.

• Deliver and collect documents, files, samples, and other items from clients, vendors, banks, couriers, and other locations.

• Visit banks, government offices, courier companies, suppliers, customers, and other places as required.

• Handle local purchases and delivery of office requirements.

• Assist in sending and receiving courier/parcel shipments.

• Maintain cleanliness and basic organization of the office.

• Serve tea, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors when required.

• Assist office staff with photocopying, scanning, printing, filing, and document-related work.

• Deposit/collect cheques, documents, and other business-related items as instructed.

• Perform other routine office and outdoor duties assigned by management.

Candidate Requirements

• 2-Wheeler/Scooter driving is mandatory.

• Valid Driving Licence is required.

• Should be comfortable with regular local travelling within Jaipur.

• Should have basic knowledge of Jaipur routes and locations.

• Responsible, punctual, honest, and trustworthy.

• Good communication and polite behaviour.

• Basic reading and writing knowledge in Hindi; basic English preferred.

• Previous experience in office boy, office assistant, delivery, field work, or similar role will be an advantage.

Skills Required

• Good time management.

• Ability to handle documents and office items responsibly.

• Willingness to perform both indoor and outdoor work.

• Basic smartphone/WhatsApp knowledge.

• Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks on time.
