Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible, punctual, and well-mannered Office Boy to support daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative functioning.
Key Responsibilities :
• Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to employees and visitors.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in office areas, meeting rooms, and pantry.
• Ensure proper arrangement of office supplies and stationery.
• Handle incoming and outgoing documents or parcels.
• Support administrative staff with day-to-day office tasks.
• Ensure meeting rooms are properly arranged before meetings.
• Perform other office-related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Honest, disciplined, and punctual.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks responsibly.
