Job Title: Office Boy

Company: Unimax Scaffolding

Location: Pitampura

Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises.
Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and other basic office tasks.
Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and office materials as required.
Assist in arranging meeting rooms and office supplies.
Support administrative staff with day-to-day office activities.
Ensure proper storage and management of office stationery and pantry items.
Perform other office-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass.
Minimum 1 year of experience as an Office Boy, Office Assistant, or similar role.
Basic understanding of office etiquette and cleanliness standards.
Honest, punctual, and responsible.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
