Open the office on time and ensure the office is ready for daily operations.
Close and secure the office at the end of the working day.
Maintain daily cleanliness and tidiness of the office, including work areas, meeting areas, pantry, and common spaces.
Make and serve tea/coffee to office staff and visitors as required.
Receive, manage, and serve the manager’s tiffin during lunchtime.
Assist with basic pantry and office housekeeping requirements.
Handle office-related outside work such as bank visits, courier/postal work, purchasing office supplies, document collection/delivery, and other errands as instructed.
Visit the Vasai office occasionally, when required. Such visits will be rare and are not a daily requirement.
Assist staff and management with other routine office-support activities as needed.
Ensure office supplies and pantry items are properly maintained and report shortages to the concerned person.
Follow office rules, maintain discipline, and handle company property responsibly.
