Location: Mylapore, Chennai

Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass

Age: 18–35 Years

Salary: 10k – 15k

 Key Responsibilities

•        Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the office.

•        Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.

•        Handle photocopying, scanning, and filing of documents.

•        Assist with office errands, courier dispatch, and document collection.

•        Purchase office supplies and maintain stock when required.

•        Support the administration team with day-to-day tasks.

•        Arrange meeting rooms and assist during office meetings.

•        Ensure office equipment and common areas are properly maintained.

•        Assist staff with miscellaneous office-related work as assigned.

Requirements

•        10th or 12th Pass.

•        Basic reading and writing skills.

•        Honest, punctual, and hardworking.

•        Good attitude and willingness to learn.

•        Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time.

 Working Hours 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
