The Office Boy is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, assisting with daily office operations, handling errands, and supporting staff to ensure smooth and efficient workplace functioning. Basic understanding of office work and discipline. Polite, well-mannered, and presentable. Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time.

Key Responsibilities :

Maintain cleanliness of office premises including workstations, pantry, and washrooms

• Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors

• Handle office errands such as courier, banking, photocopying, and document delivery

• Assist in filing, organizing, and maintaining office records

• Support administrative staff with routine tasks

• Monitor and replenish office supplies (stationery, pantry items, etc.)

• Ensure office equipment and furniture are arranged properly.
