Office Maintenance & Cleaning: Sweeping, mopping, dusting furniture, cleaning rooms, and maintaining hygiene.
Document Handling: Delivering files, Dak (mail), and documents within the building or to external locations

Errands & Services: Running official errands, serving water/tea/refreshments to officers and visitors.
