Office Boy

We areIndustrial Electronics, and Automation Solutions. We are establishing a new setup in Mahape and are looking for a sincere and hardworking office boy who wishes to grow along with the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of the office.

• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments as required.

• Handle documentation, filing, and record maintenance.

• Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and materials from customers, suppliers, courier offices, banks, government offices, etc., as required.

• Assist in office administration and day-to-day operational activities.

• Support technical and workshop activities such as packing, labeling, inventory handling, cable preparation, and other minor technical tasks under guidance.

• Assist engineers and management in various office and project-related activities.

• Perform any other duties assigned from time to time for smooth functioning of the organization.

Desired Qualifications

• Diploma (Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Mechanical) preferred.

• HSC / SSC candidates with relevant experience may also apply.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email) will be an advantage.

• Two-wheeler driving licence preferred.

• Honest, disciplined, willing to learn, and able to handle multiple responsibilities.
