We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Office Boy to support daily office operations. The candidate will assist staff with basic administrative tasks, maintain office cleanliness, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the workplace.The position offers an in-hand salary of in hand salary of 12000 to 14000 rupees per month.
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Maintain cleanliness of the office, pantry, and meeting rooms.
Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and basic office tasks.
Deliver documents, packages, and messages within or outside the office when required.
Assist with office setup for meetings and events.
Monitor and restock office supplies such as stationery and pantry items.
Support administrative staff with basic errands.
Open and close the office as required.
