key responsibilities:
Maintaining Office Cleanliness: Regularly cleaning systems, tables meeting room, pantry.
Administrative Support: They assist with basic clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and delivering documents within the office.
Errand Running: Office boys may run errands like purchasing office supplies, delivering documents, making bank deposits, or assisting with other office-related tasks.
Meeting and Event Assistance: They help set up meeting rooms, arrange chairs, tables, and audio-visual equipment, and assist in preparing refreshments or coordinating office events.
Guest Assistance: Greeting visitors, offering refreshments, and directing them to the appropriate personnel or meeting rooms is often part of the role.
Equipment Maintenance: Performing minor maintenance on office equipment like printers and photocopies and reporting major issues to the appropriate technician.
Skills Required
Basic Literacy and Numeracy: Ability to read, write, and perform simple calculations.
Organizational Skills: Maintaining order, prioritizing tasks, and multitasking efficiently
Communication Skills: Clear and polite interaction with colleagues, visitors, and supervisors
