Operate basic office equipment such as photocopier, printer and scanner

Handle incoming and outgoing couriers
Maintain courier register and ensure timely dispatch
Assist in bank work, bill payments and other outdoor office tasks when required
6. Office Opening & Closing
Open office on time and ensure readiness before staff arrival
Switch off lights, fans, ACs and lock office properly after working hours
7. Visitor & Support Assistance
Greet visitors politely and guide them to concerned staff
Support meeting room setup when required
8. Compliance & Discipline
Follow office rules, safety norms and instructions given by seniors
Maintain punctuality, honesty and professional behavior
9. Miscellaneous Support
Assist during office events, meetings and inspections
Perform any other task assigned by management related to office operations
