Job description:

Office Boy / Office Assistant

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Job Type: Full-time

Work Location: In person
Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Boy / Office Assistant to support daily office operations. The candidate should be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, assisting staff, and handling basic administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness of office premises (workstations, pantry, meeting rooms, washrooms)
Serve tea/coffee and refreshments to staff and visitors
Handle office errands such as photocopying, scanning, and document filing
Assist in handling courier, parcels, and deliveries
Manage office supplies and pantry stock
Support staff with day-to-day administrative tasks
Open and close the office as per schedule
Ensure proper hygiene and upkeep of the workplace
Ready to go outside for office-related work if required.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 10th pass
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
Basic understanding of office work
Honest, punctual, and disciplined
Good behavior and communication skills
Ability to follow instructions properly

Working Hours:

9 to 10 hours duty
Weekly off as per company norms
