We are looking for a Office Boy(Peon) to join our team ICSI to assist with daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow. The key responsibility includes maintaining office cleanliness, handling documents, and supporting staff with basic tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance: Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and ensuring the cleanliness of workstations, meeting rooms, and washrooms.

• Administrative Support: Filing, photocopying, scanning, and distributing documents.

• Office Operations: Opening/closing rooms, preparing/serving tea, water, and refreshments to staff/visitors, and monitoring pantry supplies.

• Errands: Delivering files, letters, and courier services, including banking tasks.

• Equipment Care: Basic operation and upkeep of office equipment like printers and scanners

• Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10TH and 6 MONTHS TO 1 YEAR. The position requires strong time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

• It is a Full Time ప్యూన్ job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
