We are looking for a Office Boy join our team ICSI to assist with daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Office Maintenance: Cleaning rooms, dusting furniture, and keeping the office area tidy.
Administrative Support: Delivering files, documents, and letters between departments or outside offices.
Logistics & Equipment:
Photocopying, scanning, faxing, and operating basic office machinery.
Refreshments & Errands: Serving water and tea to staff and visitors, and running errands for the office.
Security: Opening and closing office rooms, and assisting with basic watch and ward duties
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 10TH and 6 MONTHS TO 1 YEAR .The position requires strong time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
