Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and order in the office premises
Serve tea/coffee and refreshments to staff and visitors when required
Ensure that dishes and tables are cleaned and maintained daily.
Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and document movement
Support in setting up meeting rooms and office arrangements
Handle incoming and outgoing couriers and deliveries
Ensure office supplies are stocked and inform admin for replenishment
Perform other duties as assigned by the administration team
Requirements & Qualifications:
Minimum education: 8th / 10th pass (preferred)
Basic understanding of office discipline and hygiene
Physically fit and able to perform daily office tasks
Honest, punctual, and reliable
Willingness to follow instructions and work in a team
