Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of office premises, pantry, and common areas

• Serve tea/coffee/water to staff and visitors

• Handle office files, documents, and basic courier tasks

• Assist in photocopying, scanning, and printing documents

• Support administrative staff as and when required

• Run small errands such as bank visits, post office, or local deliveries

• Ensure office supplies are stocked and inform admin when items run low

• Maintain discipline and follow office rules

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum education: 8th / 10th pass preferred

• Basic understanding of office work and hygiene

• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time

• Physically fit and active

• Honest, punctual, and well-mannered
