Job description:
Maintain cleanliness of office cabins, reception, meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas.
Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Assist in photocopying, scanning, printing, and filing documents.
Deliver and collect documents within and outside the office.
Deposit cheques, collect RTGS/NEFT documents, and coordinate with banks for routine transactions as instructed by the Accounts Department.
Visit government offices, vendors, clients, and service providers for official work when required.
Ensure office furniture, equipment, and common areas are properly maintained.
Open and close the office premises as instructed.
Perform any other administrative, housekeeping, or office support duties assigned by management.
Qualification
Minimum 10th Pass (12th Pass preferred).
Basic reading and writing skills in Hindi or English.
