Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors
Handle office files, documents, and courier-related work
Assist in photocopying, scanning, printing, and filing documents
Deliver documents within departments or to outside locations (banks, vendors, offices, etc.)
Support staff in day-to-day office tasks as instructed
Open and close office on time (if assigned)
Ensure office pantry items and stationery are available and inform admin when stock is low
Dispose of waste properly and maintain hygiene standards
Follow company rules, discipline, and confidentiality
