To manage and execute outdoor tasks related to customer relationship documentation, registration processes, and payment collection, ensuring smooth coordination between clients and the office.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Coordination & Document Collection:
Visit clients to collect signed agreements, KYC documents, registration forms, and other required paperwork.
Ensure documents are complete and properly signed before submission to the office.
Explain documentation requirements or address basic client queries during visits.
2. CRM-Linked Field Updates:
Coordinate with the office team to update the CRM with real-time status of document collection or delivery.
Gather customer feedback or field notes for CRM logging (if applicable).
Assist in verifying client details or site visits as part of CRM data validation.
3. Registration Assistance:
Submit documents to registration offices or external agencies on behalf of clients or the company.
Follow up on pending registrations or approvals with concerned authorities.
Deliver copies of registration certificates or approvals to clients.
4. Payment Collection:
Visit clients to collect payments (cash, cheques, demand drafts, etc.) as instructed.
Issue manual receipts or collect payment acknowledgment, ensuring proper documentation.
Submit payments and related documents to the accounts team on the same day.
5. Coordination & Reporting:
Coordinate with the office-based CRM team for daily task updates.
Maintain a daily log of visits, collections, submissions, and client interactions.
Report any client concerns or urgent issues faced in the field.
Skills & Competencies:
Trustworthy and professional in handling sensitive documents and payments.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Familiar with basic CRM and documentation processes (training can be provided).
Good time management and the ability to follow a daily route or task schedule.
Basic record-keeping and reporting ability.
Other Requirements:
Must have a valid driving license (if travel by vehicle is required).
Should be comfortable working outdoors and interacting directly with clients.
