About the Role

RMC Switchgears Ltd is seeking a reliable and proactive Substaff – Peon / Office Boy to support daily office operations and ensure a clean, organized, and efficient workplace. The role involves assisting teams across departments with routine administrative and logistical support tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Delivering documents and packages within the office premises.
Maintaining overall office cleanliness and hygiene.
Assisting with basic maintenance and repair tasks.
Managing and replenishing office supplies and pantry items.
Supporting staff in day-to-day office work as required.
Ensuring office equipment (printers, lights, fans, etc.) are in working condition.
Assisting in the setup and arrangement of meeting rooms.
Handling minor errands related to office administration.
