The Office Boy is responsible for supporting daily office operations by maintaining cleanliness, assisting staff, and handling basic office tasks.
Maintain cleanliness of office premises (office area, pantry).
Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
Handle photocopying, scanning, and filing of documents.
Deliver files, documents, and messages within the office or to nearby locations.
Assist office staff with basic tasks as required.
Ensure office supplies are stocked and inform admin when items are low.
Open and close office premises as instructed.
Basic reading and writing skills.
Polite and professional behavior.
Ability to follow instructions.
Physically fit to perform daily duties.
As per company policy.
