Job Title: Office Boy / Peon (Administrative Support)

Location: Belapur, Navi Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and reliable Office Boy / Peon to support our daily office operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing property-related tasks, office maintenance, bill handling, and providing general assistance to employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage tasks related to rent for the properties and taking follow ups
Assist with office maintenance and coordination with vendors/service providers
Handle and track utility bills (electricity, water, internet, etc.)
Support employees with daily office requirements
Perform office errands such as document delivery, filing, photocopying, and office upkeep
Assist in basic administrative work as assigned
Maintain cleanliness and organization of office premises

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of computers (MS Word, basic Excel)
Ability to send and receive emails
Basic understanding of office procedures
Good communication and coordination skills

Minimum: 12th Pass (or equivalent)

Salary:

As per company standards / Negotiable based on experience
