Job Title: Office Boy / Peon (Administrative Support)

Location: Belapur, Navi Mumbai

Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and reliable Office Boy / Peon to support our daily office operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing property-related tasks, office maintenance, bill handling, and providing general assistance to employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage tasks related to rent for the properties and taking follow ups

• Assist with office maintenance and coordination with vendors/service providers

• Handle and track utility bills (electricity, water, internet, etc.)

• Support employees with daily office requirements

• Perform office errands such as document delivery, filing, photocopying, and office upkeep

• Assist in basic administrative work as assigned

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of office premises

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of computers (MS Word, basic Excel)

• Ability to send and receive emails

• Basic understanding of office procedures

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Minimum: 12th Pass (or equivalent)

Salary:

• As per company standards / Negotiable based on experience
