The Office Peon will be responsible for assisting in the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office by providing support services such as cleanliness, document handling, serving refreshments, and other miscellaneous tasks as required by the management and staff.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, and common areas.
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Handle filing, photocopying, scanning, and courier-related tasks.
Collect and distribute incoming and outgoing documents, parcels, and correspondence.
Assist in arranging and setting up meeting rooms.
Run office errands such as bank visits, post office, and local purchases.
Ensure office supplies (stationery, pantry items, etc.) are stocked and available.
Support staff in minor day-to-day requirements.
Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
Minimum education: 8th / 10th pass.
Prior experience as an office peon or helper preferred.
Honest, reliable, punctual, and disciplined.
Basic knowledge of handling documents and office equipment.
Polite and professional behavior.
