Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Boy for Kharghar, Navi Mumbai location to assist with daily office operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, handling basic administrative tasks, and supporting staff with routine office work.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Maintenance & Cleaning
- Ensure office premises are clean and well-maintained
- Perform regular dusting, cleaning of desks, pantry, and common areas
Document Handling
- Filing and organizing documents properly
- Assisting in record maintenance and storage
Bank & Outdoor Work
- Visiting banks for cheque deposit, cash deposit, and other related tasks
- Handling courier deliveries and collections
Office Support Work
- Photocopying, scanning, and printing documents
- Assisting staff with basic office tasks as required
Pantry Support (if required)
- Serving tea/coffee and refreshments to staff and visitors

Requirements:

Minimum education: 10th / 12th pass
Prior experience in similar role preferred but not mandatory
Basic understanding of office work and banking tasks
Honest, punctual, and responsible
