Job Overview:

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Office Boy to support daily office operations in our travel agency. The role includes basic administrative assistance, office upkeep, and helping staff with routine tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Office Maintenance & Cleanliness

• Maintain cleanliness of the office, workstations, meeting areas, and reception.

• Ensure hygiene in pantry and washroom areas.

• Serve tea/coffee/water to staff and visitors.

2. Administrative & Support Tasks

• Assist in photocopying, printing, scanning, and filing documents.

• Deliver and collect documents from clients, vendors, or nearby locations.

• Help in preparing travel files, visa documents, and basic paperwork when required.

• Running small office errands (bank deposit, courier, stationery purchase, etc.).

3. Customer Assistance

• Greet visitors politely and guide them to respective staff.

• Offer refreshments to clients and maintain a welcoming environment.

4. Office Supplies Management

• Check and maintain stationery, pantry items, and basic office supplies.

• Inform management when stock needs replenishment.

Skills & Requirements

• Basic reading and writing skills.

• Familiarity with office cleaning and maintenance work.

• Polite, disciplined, and punctual.

• Ability to handle simple admin tasks.

• Trustworthy and responsible attitude.

• Two-wheeler license (optional but preferred).

• It is a Full Time ప్యూన్ job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
